EB-5 Regional Investment Center

Arundel Capital Partners – USCIS EB-5 Regional Investment Center

Silvermine is partnered with the private equity investment firm Arundel Capital Partners to provide their limited partner investors with high quality, low-risk commercial real estate development opportunities in the US, a requirement of the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services EB-5 economic immigrant visa program. Each economic immigrant pursuing the EB-5 visa must create a minimum of 10 jobs per US$1 million of investment in the US, and in certain circumstances 10 jobs per US$500,000 of investment in designated economically disadvantaged areas.

The Silvermine team provides Arundel Capital Partners with an alignment of interests to create jobs, preserve investment capital and maximize long-term value in a “safe haven” investment. The current pipeline of EB-5 projects presented to the USCIS for approval exceeds US$400 million. Each project is individually approved by the USCIS, who conduct a rigorous evaluation of the project and its economics over a period of roughly 4-6 months.
